Minseok is majoring in chemical engineering and polymer engineering at Sungkyunkwan University. He have passed the 54th Korea Patent Attorney Examination in 2018 as the youngest patent attorney.

He completed practical training at the International IP Training Insitute and has been conducting international IP dispute consulting projects since 2019.
